Cask Night Recap and Comment
Last night’s Cask Night was another great evening. The Cask (brainchild of Adam) was a Dark 266 base with additions of organic black cherries, a vanilla laced oak stick and finished with Czech Saaz and Hallertau dry hopping. The food was once again graciously provided by Whole Foods Market Oakville and consisted of Jalapeño Sausage and Beef Brisket.
There are many aspects of CAMERON’S Cask Night that we thoroughly enjoy. Obviously the beer and food are enjoyable, but being able to meet new people and welcome back regulars is what makes Cask Night so unique for us. The attendance at Cask Night is growing, and it seems as though the core of good people that we started with has simply grown to a bigger gathering of good people. We would like to thank everyone who has attended one (or many) of our Cask Nights. The beer and food aside, it is the people that we get to meet and chat with each and every month that makes this special for all of us brewery folk.
