Beer Reviews: CAMERON’S Cream Ale
CAMERON’S Cream Ale is crystal clear and the color of burnished color, almost the color of honey. Pinpoint CO2 rises through the glass, supporting a fluffy, bone white head. Retention is fairly decent.
The aroma is malty up front, smelling somewhat of a combination of toasted bread and some sort of bran cereal. Though oddly, not in a bad way. Or maybe it’s a combination of toast, honey, and graham crackers. Either way, not bad in its own subtle way. These aromas carry smoothly through the beer’s center. The aroma finishes crisp and clean, rather like you’d find in a good lager.
