Following the outstanding cooking stage performance from BBQBlog.ca’s Jason Rees and his Cream Ale Ice Cream we’re looking forward to seeing what Chef Mark Cutrara is bringing with him tonight at 6pm.

If his creations at his restaurant Cowbell are any indication it should be a great thing to experience.  We do know he is using Cameron’s beer in his recipe and he requested some spent grains from our Brew Master Jason Britton.  Come down and see what makes him a great chef and try some samples of his creations matched with Cameron’s beer.
