Hot on the heals of a great domonstration by Cowbell’s Mark Cutrara we will be welcoming Chef Jason Toner of Cam’s Place to the Cooking with Cameron’s stage today at “The Royal” at 6pm tonight.
The best way to describe what Jason will be cooking today are to use his words:
Camerons lager: Camerons lager & star anise braised pork belly slider with violette mustard and stewed apple aioli
Camerons Auburn ale: Roasted beets, pistachio crusted Woolwich farms goat cheese, Auburn ale walnut vinaigrette
Camerons dark: Tiramisu with dark 266 chocolate sauce
