Cask Night Recap – Twisted Fork Bring the Goods

The first CAMERON’S “Let’s Drink the Cask” Night of the decade brought in the new year with a great new twist.  We had our first chef from a local restaurant create an entire menu with CAMERON’S beer.  Chef Matty from Twisted Fork in Bronte Village went above and beyond expectations with a menu that will be hard to top featuring:

– Auburn Ale Pulled Pork Sandwiches on Auburn Ale Bread

– Lager Potato Salad

– Dark 266 Brownies

Of course the Cask was another hit created by our Head Brewer Jason Britton playing with the valentine theme.  Jason created a rich chocolate cask beer that he served with fresh strawberry’s and pineapple that was dubbed Chocolate Fondue.  For all his hard work we named Matty from Twisted Fork the Guest Tapper for the evening.


After devouring all of these fantastic creations and the festivities wound down at the brewery almost half of our Cask Night guests headed to Bronte Village where the Twisted Fork hosted a fun after party including samplings of there outstanding menu.  If you missed this one, you missed a great time.  Visit them at 67 Bronte Road.


We also had a visit from our friend Jason Rees at who gave a thumbs up to the great food and our Cask Creation this month.  We have some plans in the works with Mr.Rees that are sure to be newsworthy.
