CAMERON’S Super Bowl Recipe & Parties

Super Bowl Sunday is right around the corner and this one looks like it will be a nail bitter.  So for our beer fans watching from home, you know it’s not just about the game but the food as well. We’ve got a great EASY recipe for you to make on Saturday or even Sunday morning in time to enjoy by kick-off at 6pm.  A nice quote from Stacey Norwood, Relish Multimedia Editor, states it all nicely. “We love chips, dips, wings and chili, but we also know a star ingredient when we see it. And when it comes to Super Bowl Sunday, beer blitzes everything else on the menu, so why sideline the sudsy stuff as a mere beverage? With the right recipe, a hearty stout, ale, or lager can add depth and body to your Super Bowl party dishes—malty sweetness, bitter hops, and robust yeast are just a few flavor notes that beer can bring to the table. And these touchdown-scoring recipes (including an unexpectedly delicious cake) will take your Super Bowl menu from B-team to A-game in no time flat.”  We couldn’t agree more.  Our signature Cream Ale is our first and one of our fans favourite beers!  We chose this EASY recipe just for you.  Also, our Cream Ale is on sale right now for 11.95 ( $1 off) at our Brewery, The Beer store and the LCBO. Stock up for game day.
