Cameron’s Brewmaster’s Series Continues With Resurrection Roggenbier

Oakville, ON – September 17, 2013 – Resurrection Roggenbier is a 5.2% abv ale brewed using a recipe based on a traditional German rye beer style that was banned with the implementation of the Reinheitsgebot purity law in 1516.

According to CAMERON’S brewmaster Jason Britton, “Resurrection is brewed with a combination of German rye, malted wheat and is fermented with German Hefeweizen yeast to create a beer that has hints of banana, clove and light black pepper.”
